Description

The Collio Friulano di Livon was born in vineyards located in the Municipality of Dolegna del Collio.

It is produced with 100% Friulano grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 5 months and for a further period in the bottle before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet with pleasant hints of almond. On the palate it is full, dry and pleasantly harmonious.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats and cold cuts.
