Description

The Collio Chardonnay Ronco Bernizza di Venica & Venica was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, in the province of Gorizia.

It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually and left to macerate at a controlled low temperature in special containers that offer protection from oxygen. Fermentation and aging take place for 30% in large wooden barrels, where the wine remains for 5 months, and for the remaining part in steel, on its lees.

It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with a large and complex bouquet, with intense fruity hints of ripe banana and floral notes of violet and linden. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, with a characteristic flavor, typical of the variety of origin.

Perfect to accompany lean appetizers and soups, this wine is ideal in combination with both eggs and fish.
