Description

Livon's Chardonnay was born in the vineyards of the Friulian company located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio.

This wine is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After a cold maceration lasting 8 hours, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for about 5 months in the same containers and for a further period in glass, before being placed on the market.

This Chardonnay has a bright straw yellow color. The nose offers a very fascinating and very elegant perfume, where strong notes of Golden apple emerge, with fragrant hints of bread crust and peach sensations that surround, ending with a very delicate hazelnut aroma. On the palate it shows a great softness, supported by a good freshness that leads to a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany fish and white meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with tasty first courses.
