Description
Cococciola Ciavolich is obtained from a vineyard of just one hectare located on the Loreto Aprutino estate.
The grapes, entirely hand-picked, are softly pressed and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine remains to refine for about 4 months before being bottled.
It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose there are hints of unripe fruit and citrus. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and long persistent.
Perfect to accompany battered courgette flowers or a potato gateaux.
