Description

The Pinot Nero by Serafini & Vidotto comes from the Treviso hills of Montello, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia.

It is a Pinot Noir vinified in purity, the result of a harvest that took place between the end of August and the first days of September. Refinement in the bottle for about 3 months follows

It is characterized by a bright and transparent ruby red color. On the nose, the fruity notes of ripe raspberry, blueberry and wild strawberry, together with floral hints of violet and cyclamen, are the prelude to an enveloping and soft mouth, with sweet tannins and a broad and fruity finish.

It is very versatile in combinations, both with braised meats and lamb chops "a scottadito", and with medium-aged goat and pecorino cheeses.
