Description
The Pertichetta di Vigneti Massa was born in vineyards located on the Tortona hills in the province of Alessandria, in the southern part of Piedmont.
It is produced with pure Croatina grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After spontaneous fermentation in steel, the wine ages in barrels of various sizes for 12 months and in bottle for a further 24 months, before being released on the market.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose has evident notes of ripe red fruit, enriched with spicy and wet earth hints. On the palate it is broad and well-structured, pleasantly complex and persistent.
Perfect to accompany stewed, roasted or grilled meats, this red wine is ideal in combination with blue and aged cheeses.
