Description

Derthona Timorasso was born in the Piedmontese vineyards of Vite Colte, located in the Tortona area, in the province of Alessandria.

This wine is obtained exclusively from Timorasso grapes. After pressing and a short cold maceration, the must is fermented in steel tanks. The vin then ages for a few weeks on the fine lees before being bottled.

It has an intense straw yellow colour. The nose offers aromas of acacia and hawthorn flowers, ripe peaches, honey and slight notes of flint. The sip is full-bodied and persistent.

It goes perfectly with appetizers and fish-based dishes and risottos.
