Colli Pesaresi Focara DOC Pinot Nero 2020 Tenuta Carlini

The Colli Pesaresi Focara DOC Pinot Nero is a real exercise in style of the Carlini Estate, obtained from the grapes of the Vigna degli Artisti, in the San Bartolo Natural Park.

Tenuta Carlini is in fact one of the few wineries in the Marche to have decided to produce a pure Pinot Noir, which thanks to fermentation with frequent manual punching and aging in steel and in the bottle, concentrates all the natural aromas of the grape.

In the glass this Pinot Noir keeps its promises, with intense aromas of small red fruits that make room for a slight spiciness, and a soft, enveloping, well-structured taste.

Combine this red with a roasted duck breast with red fruit sauce, or try it with spicy and spicy dishes typical of the oriental tradition, it will amaze you.
