Description

Altabella Colli Maceratesi Ribona Doc is an autochthonous wine dedicated to “Altabella”, the last fishwife from Civitanova and a characteristic character of the coastal environment.

Following a double harvest, the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in steel before the wine can age 12 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow in color, it offers floral and fruity notes to the nose, well balanced by a vibrant minerality justified by its proximity to the sea. Fullness and consistency on the palate retain notes of anise and citrus peel, acacia flowers and a slight herbaceous hint.

Perfect for dishes based on baked fish or lamb, it is also an excellent accompaniment for light appetizers that allow you to appreciate all the complexity and gustatory charge.
