Description

Noi San Patrignano is a wine produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes coming from vineyards located in the Rimini area, in the low hills and near the Adriatic Sea.

A prolonged harvest for the right maturation of the single varieties gives grapes for a fermentation carried out in steel at a controlled temperature. This is followed by an aging of 12 months in second passage barriques and a subsequent stay in the bottle for another 12 months.

It has an intense ruby red color, with hints of ripe red fruits such as blackberry, currant and plum finished with pleasant notes of leather and licorice. Complex in the mouth and with a recognizable structure, it is full and harmonious, with a gentle tannic profile.

To be accompanied by cold cuts and first courses based on elaborate sauces but also suitable for cheeses and game.
