Description
The Colli di Luni Albarola of the Lunae winery comes to life from vines of about 20 years of age, located on pebbly and skeletal soils of Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo, in the province of La Spezia.
The harvest takes place in the first half of September, with manual harvesting of Albarola grapes only. After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place in steel, therefore the wine always ages in steel for 3-4 months.
The color is straw yellow. The nose reveals a large and intense bouquet of wildflowers, Mediterranean scrub and citrus fruits. The taste is fresh and savory, with an endless persistence of taste.
Recommended in the company of fried fish and raw fish.
