The wines of the Pruviniano Collection are the result of a work of valorization of the lands of the Marano della Valpolicella valley, a little explored area of the Valpolicella Classica, called Pruviniano until 1177.

This box set contains the entire collection:

- Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is an intense and concentrated wine, with a strong fruity presence. Its marked body combined with a notable roundness make it the perfect companion for dishes based on game and grilled meats, mature cheeses but also braised meats

- Valpolicella Classico Superiore is an elegant and spicy expression, with a taste rooted in the terroir of origin, not by chance it is the most suitable pairing for the first courses and cured meats of the Veronese tradition.

- Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore represents the passion and skill of the historic Domìni Veneti winery in the art of Ripasso, from which this wine with a bright ruby red color and a delicate scent of red fruit originates. In the mouth it is warm and persistent, with lively tannins and an aftertaste of walnut and toasted almond.
