Cognac AOC Le Singulier Augier

Cognac Le Singulier by Augier is a blend of spirits based on the rare Folle Blanche variety that comes from Fine Champagne, one of the most refined production areas of the entire Cognac. This singular union gives life to a distillate which is characterized by a remarkable balance between aromatic expressiveness and finesse. Before being marketed, it spends a period of aging in new French oak barrels.

Yellow in color tending to copper, it offers the nose a subtle, crisp and enveloping perfume, with notes of pear and apricot. On the palate it is rich and complex, energetic, with a round body and well balanced between the intense aromas of fruit and those of wood which become more pronounced in the final stages, albeit with a certain sobriety.

Excellent for serving after dinner with friends, it is the perfect match for traditional toasted bread and a carpaccio of porcini mushrooms.
