Description
Cognac Ferrand 10th Generation is a tribute to the history and tradition of the Ferrand family, which for ten generations has cultivated the art of distillation in the heart of the Cognac vineyards in France. Produced with the Ugni Blanc grape, this Premier Cru Cognac represents the excellence of a unique terroir and the craftsmanship passed down over time.
After distillation, it ages in French oak barrels, some of which have previously contained Sauternes. This particular refinement enhances its aromatic richness. Its freshness and opulence come from careful distillation on the fine lees, to intensify its aromas and give it depth.
On the nose, this Cognac releases a bouquet reminiscent of a spiced fruit cake, with notes of raisins, apricots, coconut and caramel. Floral hints of rose and orange blossom also emerge. On the palate, it is round and full, with nuances of pear, honey, pineapple and cloves. The finish is long and fresh, with persistent notes of mint, dried plum, orange and tobacco.
Perfect to enjoy straight at the end of a meal.
