Description
Librandi's Cirò Bianco was born in vineyards located in the district of Cirò, Cirò Marina and Crucoli, on the slopes of the Sila plateau.
It is produced exclusively with Greco Bianco grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand around mid-September. The vinification takes place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks with a soft pressing of the grapes, and subsequently the must matures in the same containers, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a straw yellow colour. It has an important bouquet, with evident hints of peach blossom, pear and hawthorn, enriched by pleasant and fine citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with fruity notes on the finish.
Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood.
