Description
Marea white wine is produced by the Bisson company, founded in 1978 in the Ligurian Riviera di Levante by Pierluigi Lugano.
It consists of Bosco, Vermentino and Albarola grapes, vinified with an initial maceration on the skins for 36 hours and subsequent fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of seaweed vegetables and salty notes on the nose. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a persistent finish.
It goes very well with tasty fish dishes.
