Description

Pinot Nero Emiliana is an organic wine produced in Chile in the Bio Bio Valley, the southernmost area of the country.

Pinot Noir, together with Chardonnay, represents a real challenge for local viticulture, increasingly in search of aromatic wines characterized by a great expressiveness of fruit. After fermentation, the wine ages six months in French oak barrels for 20% of the total mass.

Ruby red in color with violet reflections, it has notes of red fruits on the nose with herbaceous returns and subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and fruity, with silky tannins, medium structure and a finish of great intensity.

It goes well with sushi, shellfish served with butter sauces but also white meats such as chicken and turkey. Also ideal for aperitifs with cold cuts such as Serrano.
