Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon Emiliana comes from vineyards in the Valle Central area, in Chile.
It is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon harvested by hand in April and left to cold macerate for 7 days in order to enhance the extraction of fruity aromas. Fermentation takes place in steel and then refines 20% in French oak barrels for 6 months before bottling.
Ruby red color, it expresses persuasive notes of morello cherry on the nose, centered on a spicy texture based on vanilla and coffee. In the mouth it is a complex and elegant wine, medium-bodied, with a finish of considerable length.
Excellent to serve with first courses with meat sauce, it is perfect in combination with red meats in general and medium-long-aged cheeses.
