Description
The Chianti Rùfina of Villa Travignoli sees the light in the vineyards of the Florentine company, located on the hills of Pelago.
This wine is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected between the last ten days of September and the first of October. The evolution of this Chianti takes place for 6 months in barriques and for the same number of months in steel, where the product stabilizes its characteristics.
The Chianti Rùfina of Villa Travignoli has a very lively ruby red color and a bouquet of fresh and floral aromas that delights the nose. In the mouth it shows a good structure and great harmony.
It goes well with light dishes such as first courses or appetizers. It is also excellent with cold cuts and important cured meats.
