The Chianti Rùfina Riserva Vigneto Bucerchiale di Selvapiana was born in the vineyard of the same name within the Chianti Rùfina and represents the most important wine of the cellar, capable of a long aging.
Wine from pure Sangiovese grapes, whose fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 30-32 ° C, with maceration of about 30 days, fully develops its organoleptic characteristics maturing for 50% in oak barrels French from 25 hl. and 50% in barriques, 15% of which are new.
Intense ruby red color, develops intense and elegant fruity aromas on the nose that recall cherry and raspberry, with hints of red flowers and spices including vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth it shows good body and balanced, with great cleanliness in the finish.
Excellent to serve in the company of red meats, it goes well with all game-based courses.
