Description

Chianti Riserva DOCG Ruffino is one of the cornerstones of Ruffino: Chianti Vecchio was the most precious production since the year of Ruffino's foundation, 1877; a wine of the great occasions to which this Riserva is inspired in form and substance.

Aging in oak for 6 months and then in steel for a Sangiovese-based red wine, with the addition of native Tuscan vines typical of Chianti.

A lively red with ruby red tones, with aromas of cherry and black cherry and more woody and spicy notes, and an elegant and balanced taste with fine tannins and a slender body.

A red with a great personality, ideal with game, roasts and aged cheeses.
