Description

Chianti Riserva Italo by Tamburini comes from the best hand-picked and selected grapes of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino, as tradition dictates.

The fermentation at a controlled temperature allows to maintain the fruity and complex aromas originating from these lands, and the ageing first in wood and then in the bottle makes this classic of Tuscan winemaking harmonious and balanced.

This Chianti Riserva preserves the typical characteristics of the appellation, from the intense ruby red colour to the fruity aromas of red fruit and cherry typical of the native Tuscan vines, but it is on the palate that it gives its best, with robust tannins in perfect balance with a fresh vivacity that make it versatile in combinations.

An ideal red to share, with classic Tuscan appetizers such as bruschetta, croutons and salami, but also with more robust home-made dishes such as bean and pork rind soup, pasta with sausage ragout and grilled rib steak.
