Luca Gardini
Intense ruby red, wild plum nose, pepper leaf note and mentholated freshness in the background. Dense and crunchy palate, iodized tannins, mouth with enveloping sour shoulder and return of menthol notes.

Description

The Chianti Vigna di Pallino of Tenuta Sette Ponti is located in the homonymous Vineyard of Pallino, located in the Arezzo municipality of Castiglion Fibocchi, in the heart of Chianti.

It is produced from Sangiovese grapes only, with fermentation in contact with the skins for 10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in steel and for 4 months in the bottle before being marketed.

In the glass it has a ruby red color, with an enveloping bouquet on the nose in which floral hints alternate with elegant fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh and intense, pleasantly balanced.

This wine is perfect in the company of stuffed pasta and fine meats. It also goes well with medium-aged cheeses.
