Description
Chianti Vannicelli was born on the hills in the province of Florence, from the historic vineyards of the Vannicelli family.
Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, a red grape variety dominant in the Tuscan territory, it is slightly aged in barrique. The products of the Pozzolatico farm are vinified in a strictly traditional way and therefore it can present a crystalline precipitation testifying to the genuineness of the production.
It has an intense ruby red color, and is characterized by the fruity aroma typical of the grape, such as ripe cherry, enriched with floral notes of violet and rose. The taste is structured, soft, with a good balance between the pleasant sensation of freshness and tannins.
Ideal to be served with first courses based on meat sauce, it is excellent accompanied by grilled and stewed red meats. Also perfect with game dishes.
