Description
The Chianti di Coli is born in vineyards located in the heart of the homonymous Tuscan denomination.
It is produced with Sangiovese grapes, with Canaiolo grapes and with a small quantity of Trebbiano grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 6 months.
This Chianti is characterized by a lively ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of red fruit which is accompanied by delicate spicy aromas. On the palate it is lively and of excellent flavor, with present tannins that smoothen as aging progresses.
Perfect to accompany red meats, first courses and well-prepared appetizers.
