Description

The Chianti Colli Senesi Berardenga di Fèlsina was born in vineyards located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the heart of the Chianti DOCG Colli Senesi subzone.

It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C, for 16-20 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 18-22 months in Slavonian oak barrels and for another 8-12 months in bottle, before being put on the market.

The Chianti Colli Senesi Berardenga di Fèlsina is characterized by a saturated ruby red color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of red cherry and blackberry, enriched with earthy and spicy notes. On the palate it is harmonious and fruity, with delicate tannins that accompany towards a long hazelnut finish and woody nuances.

Perfect to accompany mushrooms and red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses.
