Description
The Chianti Colli Senesi Al Canapo by Bindi Sergardi comes from the selection of grapes from the vineyards of Lornano, located in the heart of the Sienese territory.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks where the maceration lasted 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C.
Chianti Al Canapo is characterized by a ruby red color. The bouquet is intensely fruity and elegant, with pleasant aromas of sour cherries and red fruit. On the palate it has a fresh, elegant and pleasantly rounded taste.
Due to its characteristics, it is a wine particularly suitable in combination with first courses, or to accompany red meats, white meats and aged cheeses.
