Description
The Chianti Classico Riserva di Pieve di Campoli comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 300-350 meters above sea level, located in the province of Florence, within the historic Chianti Classico area.
The harvest takes place manually with selection of the bunches. The must ferments at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C, macerating on the skins for 25 days. It ages for 14 months in French wooden tonneaux and for a further 6 months in bottle.
In the glass it reveals an intense and brilliant ruby red color. The nose is broad and intense, with elegant notes of cherry and red fruits. On the palate it is rich and full, savory and very generous.
Ideal in combination with grilled red meats or game dishes, it is perfect with a platter of aged cheeses.
