Description
The Chianti Classico Riserva Borro del Diavolo by Ormanni was born in the vineyard of the same name located near Barberino Val d'Elsa.
It is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes, which are vinified in steel with a fermentation that lasts 20 days. The wine then ages approx. 20 months in barriques.
Ormanni's Chianti Classico Riserva Borro del Diavolo has an intense ruby red colour. The nose opens with intense hints of red fruits, enriched by pleasant balsamic notes. On the palate it is structured, elegant and harmonious, with a good fruity note
Ideal in combination with game, roasts and aged cheeses.
