Description

“This wine is a dream chased for years. From Tenuta Perano, strongly desired by my whole family, we chose the Rialzi farm, which rises from the others thanks to three characteristic natural steps. A Grand Selection that, as the name implies, reminds me every day of the continuous commitment to excellence. " It is with these words that Lamberto Frescobaldi presents the Perano Rialzi, a bottled jewel destined to mark the history of oenology forever.

After careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins. In a second moment the wine ages for 36 months, of which 24 in barrique.

A wine to eat with the eyes, its ruby red colour with some garnet nuances is already a prelude to a generous and complex bouquet, in which stand out the black currant, blueberry and black pepper, which softly fade towards notes of roasted coffee and tobacco. The palate is pervaded by a sensation of richness and depth, with an important tannin, but soft and round, perfectly harmonious. The notes already perceived on the nose return to the finale.

From an excellent expression of pure Tuscanity as it is, it marvels a succulent Florentine. Try it with game and medium-aged cheeses.
