Description

Cecchi's Chianti Classico Storia di Famiglia is a wine produced in the Castellina in Chianti area, in Tuscany. The area is characterized by rich soils and a favorable climate which contributes to the optimal ripening of the grapes.

The winemaking process includes six months' aging in barrique, followed by at least two months in the bottle. This refinement balances the fruity characteristics with the tannic structure, giving life to a wine that expresses elegance and typicality.

This Chianti has a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose it is rich in hints of fresh red fruit, with delicate spicy hints that enrich the aromatic profile. On the palate it offers an enveloping entry, supported by a lively freshness that leads to a long and pleasant finish.

This wine pairs perfectly with red meats and game-based dishes.
