Description
This Chianti Classico originates from the vineyards located in the province of Florence of the Pieve di Campoli company.
The harvest is done by hand with selection of the best bunches. Followed by fermentation at controlled temperature for 23 days with maceration on the skins and aging for 14 months in French wooden tonneaux and 3 months in bottle.
The color is medium intensity ruby red. The aroma is vinous, intense and complex, with hints of cherry and blackberry. The sip is sapid and soft, with excellent balance.
Perfect in combination with red meats, it goes well with game and medium-aged cheeses.
