Description

The Chianti Classico La Ghirlanda by Bindi Sergardi was born in the vineyard of the same name, located on the Mocenni estate, near Vagliagli, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area.

It is produced with Sangiovese grapes and in a very small part with complementary blends. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a maceration of 16-18 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Subsequently the wine undergoes a period of maturation in oak barrels for 10-12 months, after which it is transferred to the bottle where it reaches the maximum evolution of its organoleptic characteristics.

Wine characterized by an intense ruby red color, it has a broad and complex bouquet, with pleasant notes of flowers and fresh fruit. On the palate it is soft, elegant and well structured. Overall, the wine maintains the typical freshness of the vine and the Chianti Classico area.

Perfect to accompany red meats, roasts and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses. Also excellent with first courses with meat sauce.
