Description

The Chianti Classico Zingarelli family of the Rocca delle Macie winery was born in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, located in Tuscany.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After fermentation, which takes place at controlled temperature, the wine first refines in Slavonian barrels for a period ranging from 6 to 10 months, and for at least a further 30 days in bottle.

This Chianti Classico is characterized by a lively ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of red fruits, enriched with spicy notes with light wood aromas. On the palate it is pleasantly structured and warm, with a persistent aromatic finish.

Ideal in combination with pasta dishes with savory meat sauces, it is perfect if combined with recipes of noble poultry and grilled red meat.
