Description

Chianti Classico Contessa di Radda by Geografico is born in vineyards located in the Sienese municipality of Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of the DOCG Chianti Classico.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic red vinification processes, the wine ages for 16 months in tonneaux oak barrels and for another 2 months in the bottle before being put on the market.

It has a ruby red colour. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of violet. On the palate it is dry and balanced, slightly tannic.

Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
