Description

The Chianti Classico of Castello d'Albola is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Radda in Chianti, in the province of Siena.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

This Chianti Classico is characterized by a ruby red color tending to garnet. The nose opens with a fine and delicate bouquet, with floral hints of violet. On the palate it is dry and harmonious, with a good structure and velvety fabric.

Perfect to accompany tasty first courses, it is ideal in combination with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
