Description
Chianti Classico is produced by the Castell'in Villa company, which is located near Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the Colli Senesi area of the Chianti Classico area.
It consists of 100% Sangiovese grapes, which are sent for spontaneous fermentation in thermoregulated steel tanks, with the use of indigenous yeasts only. The Sangiovese rests for approx. 24 months in large oak barrels and 3-6 months in the bottle.
Ruby in color, it offers floral aromas of violets, aromas of morello cherries, spices and medicinal herbs. The sip is intense and long, with ripe fruit, lively tannins, a fresh and balsamic finish.
To be combined with grilled meat, sliced beef.
