Description

The Chianti Classico of Bibbiano is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, in the province of Siena.

It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected manually in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place, with maceration for 20 days, in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in the same containers and then in the bottle before reaching the market.

This Chianti Classico has a brilliant ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints of blackberry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints. On the palate it is broad, fresh and lively, easy to drink.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with mature cheeses.
