Description

The Chenin Blanc of Fleur du Cap is born in vineyards located in the Cape Coastal area, in South Africa.

It is made exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes, harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is aged in steel and partly in French oak barrels, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a light yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints of apple and melon. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with sweet notes of vanilla and butter.

Ideal in combination with dishes based on fish, seafood, molluscs and crustaceans, this white wine goes well with Asian dishes and white meats.
