Description

The Chardonnay from the Spellbound winery is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is produced in California.

Particular climatic conditions that alternate sunny days with cool nights guarantee balanced wines with great expressive capacity. In the case of this Chardonnay, the grapes brought to the cellar and de-stemmed are pressed to start fermentation at low temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages in steel and wood before being bottled.

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it has evident tropical notes of mango, white melon on the nose and creamy and slightly vanilla tones on the palate. Balanced and harmonious, it has a pleasant acidity and an enveloping and persistent sip.

A Chardonnay to drink every day and perfect to accompany marinated and grilled fish, grilled chicken or a selection of cheeses for a refined and elegant aperitif.
