Description

Coral Reef Chardonnay-Sémillon is produced in southern Australia.

The combination of the two blends guarantees an abundance of fruit thanks to the Chardonnay and alcohol content with the help of the Sémillon, combining well the fleshy part with a good structure.

Golden yellow in color, it immediately expresses the composure of tropical fruit such as mango and pineapple, imparting great softness to the palate and a strong filling charge. Light and enveloping, it maintains the right freshness in the touch and guarantees an extremely pleasant medium finish.

A wine that lends itself well to grilled pork and chicken, oriental cuisine and non-committed aperitifs based on aged cheeses and cured meats.
