Description

This Chardonnay of Haras de Pirque, a Chilean estate owned by the Marquis Antinori, was born in organically managed vineyards located in the heart of the Casablanca Valley, Chile.

It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand during the first and second week of March. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in oak barrels, before being bottled.

It has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fruity aromas of pineapple, orange and lychee, enriched with pleasant herbaceous notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and structured.

Perfect to accompany first courses and fish, it is ideal in combination with typical Asian dishes.
