Description

The Chardonnay della Viña Los Vascos belonging to the Domaines Baron de Rothschild is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Peralillo, in the renowned Chilean wine region Valle de Colchagua.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine rests for a short period in steel before being bottled.

This Chardonnay is characterized by a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens with a large fruity bouquet, with notes of banana, apricot, cape gooseberry and kumquat, enriched with hints of yellow pepper and green olives. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, with long persistence.

This white wine is perfect to accompany roasted fish and white meats. Also ideal with tasty dishes from exotic cuisine.
