Description
This Chardonnay was born from the will of Paul Chaudière, today at the helm of the Château Pesquié, to cultivate this famous international white grape variety at the altitudes of Ventoux, so as to create a white wine of great elegance and freshness.
Vinification in steel starting with 10 hours of low temperature maceration and interrupted malolactic fermentation, without any passage in cask or barrique.
Pale golden yellow in color, it is very aromatic on the nose, with notes of hawthorn on a mineral background. On the palate it is well balanced, with a remarkable freshness.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with white meats and fresh goat cheeses. Try it in the company of an exotic fruit salad.
