Description
This Champagne Tradition by Jacques Rousseaux is a sparkling wine composed of 100% Pinot Noir, from Grand Cru vineyards in Verzenay and Verzy. This champagne stands out for its balance between richness and freshness, ideal for special occasions.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, maintaining the purity and minerality of the grapes intact, with a sugar dosage that contributes to a light sweetness and then matures on its own yeasts for 3 years.
Its bright gold color shines in the glass, while its perlage is fine, elegant and persistent. On the nose, notes of biscuit, apricot, orange marmalade and candied lemon emerge, while on the palate you perceive a pleasant acidity balanced by a chalky minerality. The finish is savory and delicious with hints of candied fruit.
A versatile and elegant bubble like few others, it will delight your aperitif but will be a very pleasant discovery to enjoy throughout the meal. Perfect with fish dishes, spinach ravioli or cheeses such as goat cheese.
