Description

The Champagne Extra Brut Grand Vintage fully embodies the style of the Moet & Chandon house, as well as the individual characteristics of this single vintage which it interprets with mastery, complexity and charisma.

Result of an extraordinary blend that varies according to the vintage, it is substantiated by a magnificent orchestration among the protagonists of Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This bubble stops for a period of 7 years in aging on its lees and for further 6 months after disgorgement.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a perlage of beautiful finesse and persistence. On the nose we find aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla which soon evolve towards hints of toasted almond and mocha. In the mouth it is full-bodied and soft, gradually revealing its velvety texture accompanied by honeyed notes and pink grapefruit.

Ideal with seafood first courses, it goes very well with sushi and steamed shellfish.
