Description

The Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut by Georges Vesselle is made up of only Pinot Noir grapes, coming from the property's vineyards located on the slopes of Bouzy, one of the most renowned Grand Crus of the denomination. Refines in cellars dug into the chalk for at least 3 years.

Characterized by a straw yellow color and an intense and persistent perlage, it expresses itself on the nose with seductive tones of plum and blueberry, enriched by a touch of delicate spices, including cumin and nutmeg. On the palate it presents a soft and creamy attack that fades elegantly within a well-harmonized frame in all its parts.

It goes beautifully with fish-based or white meat-based main courses.
