Description

This Champagne is the Rosé version of the well-known RICH by Veuve Clicquot, a Champagne with a rich dosage designed for more informal consumption and, given its versatility, for mixing refined cocktails with a high level of customization. It is distinguished from the classic version by a greater presence of Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes, from which it derives its colour, respectively, as well as intense hints of red fruits and elegant pastry notes.

On the palate it is full-bodied and mineral, with hints of pineapple, watermelon, peach and white pepper. It has a pleasantly savory and fruity finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it can be used exclusively in the field of mixology.
