Summary
- Champagne AOC Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier, 0.75 ℓ
- n. 2 flutes
Description
The Champagne Cuvée Rosé from Maison Laurent-Perrier comes from vineyards located in the historic Champagne region.
It is produced with the best Pinot Noir grapes from the company's vineyards. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate for 48-72 hours, to extract a delicate pink color and the entire aromatic spectrum typical of the vine. The wine then rests on its yeasts for at least 4 years.
This Champagne Cuvée Rosé has a fine perlage and an extremely elegant and luminous salmon pink color. On the nose it is fine and fresh, with distinct aromas of wild berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and currants, enriched by delicate nuances of cherry and morello cherry. The fruity sensations also dominate on the palate, in a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, it is ideal to accompany desserts.
