Description

Rosé version of the classic Champagne Brut Royal from Pommery, it is obtained from the selection and assembly of red wine based on the famous Bouzy Pinot Noir of excellent maturity with various white wines, in particular with Chardonnay based wines. Once the cuvée is made, this bubbles remains to age on the lees for 36 months.

It presents itself at the sight of a beautiful pale pink with fine and persistent perlage. The nose releases delicious and fresh hints of small red fruits. In the mouth it is smooth and well structured, characterized by freshness and liveliness.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is the perfect combination of shellfish and red fruit desserts.
